1. Authorization: By signing below, the customer authorizes TechGeeksATX LLC to perform the services described above on the listed device.
2. Estimates: All estimates are subject to change. TechGeeksATX LLC will contact the customer before performing any work that exceeds the estimate by more than $25.
3. Data Loss: TechGeeksATX LLC is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during repair. Customer is responsible for maintaining data backups.
4. Unclaimed Devices: Devices not picked up within 30 days will incur a $5/day storage fee. After 90 days, TechGeeksATX LLC reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed devices.
5. Payment: Payment is due upon completion. TechGeeksATX LLC accepts cash, Zelle, Venmo, and card. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.
6. Warranty: Labor is warranted for 30 days. Parts carry manufacturer warranty only.
7. Limitation of Liability: TechGeeksATX LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service performed.
